We at Head Masters are thrilled at achieving this Five Star Client Experience Award for the second year, the award recognises the highest standard of client care, which is a top priority for us, during the current Covid-19 pandemic. For staff and clients, PPE is even more important to the Team.

Staff wear masks, face visors, plastic disposable aprons and gloves. Clients have their temperature taken, face masks and hands sanitised before they enter the salon. We use plastic disposable gowns and paper disposable towels during their hair service. We are continually spraying and wiping all surfaces with antibacterial products and making sure our procedures are offering everyone protection and reassurance.
